One of the possible reasons why your Deposit screen won't load is due to a browser data issue. Sometimes accumulated cache in a regular browser can cause QuickBooks Online (QBO) to act weirdly. If you haven't yet, let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. This will help us isolate the problem and fix it.
Press these shortcut keys on your keyboard to open an incognito:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
Once logged in, go back and try to make a deposit again to double-check. If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so it refreshes the system. If you get the same result, I'd recommend switching to a different supported one.
If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They can perform a further investigation and provide additional troubleshooting steps to get this fixed.
Keep me posted on how it goes in the comments below. If you have other concerns about managing your deposits in QBO, I'll be glad to help. Stay safe always.
