Bank Feed No Longer matches with suggestions

We recognize the importance of getting your transaction match in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me help you fix it, Dakota.

We're unable to match bank transactions or find match suggestions if: 

• The amount varies due to fees or discounts.
• Multiple payments that group together need to be matched. 
• The transactions occurred over 90 calendar days before or 20 calendar days after the recorded date.
• The record has already been reconciled. In this case, it should be excluded as matching is not possible.

If none of these options apply to your situation and you still can't match your transactions, we can clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The collection of data over time can stop you from matching bank entries. You can use an alternative supported browser or device if this option doesn't work. This happens when the current browser you're using has a temporary issue with the program.

If you are trying to match payroll, payments, or bill pay transactions, we can turn on the Automatic matching feature. Here's how:

1. Follow this link to complete the steps in the product.
2. Click the Categorized tab.
3. Tap Settings ⚙.
4. Select Automatic matching to turn it on.

Once done, you can now categorize the uploaded transactions. It's also recommended to review and reconcile your accounts periodically. Doing so ensures that your records are up-to-date and free of errors.
