Let me share some information to help transfer your bank transactions in QuickBooks, @lancehorton77.
I want to ensure we're on the same page. Are you trying to download or sync your bank transactions into your QuickBooks account? If so, some banks will let you download transactions within the last 90 days only.
To transfer your bank transactions from last year into QuickBooks, you'll have to download those data from your bank and import them to QBO using the WebConnect feature.
In addition, make sure that the file is in the correct format (commonly CSV file) before you can upload them. Take note that the maximum file size is 350 KB.
Here are the steps to upload the file:
In QuickBooks Online, proceed to Transactions, then select Banking.
Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
Click the drop-down ▼ next to Link account and then choose Upload from file.
Select Drag or drop or select files and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Continue.
Follow the onscreen steps to map the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then hit Continue.
Pick the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
