Why would QuickBooks take a little over 7000 out of my account instead of putting it in on a normal transfer

Can you share more details about what $7000 is? Would this be related to services fees? Or would this be part of QuickBooks Payments? If not, is this related to a bank record categorization?

Customers that paid me online went into the QuickBooks account and when I transferred it over to the bank instead of putting it in the account it took it out of my account
