To change your account telephone number in QBO, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to QBO.
2. At the upper right corner, click the profile icon beside the Gear icon.
3. Tap Manage your Intuit Account.
4. Go to the Sign-in & security menu.
5. Select the Phone section, then click the Change link beside your old phone number.
6. Ensure that changes are saved after you update the details.
