I understand the significance of being able to locate the missing transactions, Alan. Allow me to guide you and show you the transactions that you're looking for.
I have two potential solutions that may address your concern. Firstly, if the missing transactions are related to banking, you can adjust the date in the For review tab.
Here's how:
Go to Transactions located on your left navigation panel.
Click Bank Transactions.
Under your For Review tab, click All Dates.
Inthe All Dates dropdown, choose Custom.
Set the date to the same date as your missing transactions. Then Click Apply.
If the missing transaction is from your Bank Register, you can customize the date using the following steps:
Go to Transactions located on your left navigation panel.
Press Go to the register.
Click the Filter icon.
Under the All Dates dropdown, choose Custom.
Fill out the other necessary fields such as the From, and To.
Select Apply.
Additionally, I recommend referring to the article if you wish to reconcile your accounts to align with your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

I've got the steps to locate your missing transactions from your bank and credit card, @Alison Feigen.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can find missing transactions by filtering the date. We can follow the steps provided by my colleague IrizA to accomplish this.
If the steps provided by IrizA do not yield the desired result, you may locate bank and credit card transactions by manually downloading the latest ones available.
Here's how:
Go to Transactions, then Banktransactions.
Click Update.
After updating, we can check the Banking menu for the missing transaction. It'll be added in the For review section.
If you've followed the process mentioned above, but still have the same result, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to identify if this is a browser-related issue.
To get started, we have to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on an incognito window. Doing so will prevent the browser history from being saved.
Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Also, may I know what specific bank and credit card you connected to within QBO?
It would be helpful if you could provide me with the specifics. Doing so allows me to provide accurate resolutions and offer assistance effectively.
