Let me share why you're unable to find the Exclude button on your tablet. QuickBooks Online only supports the following Android smartphones and tablets.
Nougat 7.1.1 or newer
Chrome browser
Other browsers, such as Firefox and Opera, may work but aren't officially supported.

Since excluding isn't available on your tablet, you can exclude a transaction using both web and mobile devices. Here's how to exclude a transaction in QuickBooks Online on the web.
Go to Bookkeeping, click Transactions, then select Banking.
Proceed to the For Review tab.
Mark the checkbox of the transactions you want to exclude.

I recognize the value of the tablet's Exclude feature. Users may manage their downloaded transactions, which also avoids duplication.
That being said, I recommend sending your thoughts and ideas about the product directly to our engineers. This will help us determine which features we need to prove or add to QBO in future releases.

Go to the Gear icon in the upper right and select Feedback.
Type your product suggestions in the field box.
Click Next to submit.
