Click on Banking, then QuickBooks Checking.
Select Verify bank. Some banks don't require verification. Instead, you can just select Add to connect your bank.
Enter the two deposit amounts sent from QuickBooks. The order doesn't matter.
Hit Confirm.

I received three test deposits. Do I just try different combinations? The first two don't work.

I'd like to address the issue about test deposits to verify your bank account in QuickBooks Checking, @Willie24.

Please know that when entering test deposits, the order doesn't matter. Also, QuickBooks only sends two small deposits to the account. Since you received three, I recommend checking their descriptions to ensure they're intended for the test deposits.

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Checking support team. They can provide assistance via a screen-sharing tool to continue with the bank verification process.

To do that:

Go to the Help icon.
Enter a brief description of your concern in the search field.
Select Contact Us.
Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

Moreover, you can create envelopes with QuickBooks Checking to save money and set it aside for further expenses.
