The Community has you covered, @ronaldnriansmom. I'll help you connect your bank or credit card account to QuickBooks Self-Employed

You can try searching for your bank using a very specific name. You can also enter your bank's URL into the search. You can try logging in to all bank's extensions if there are multiple results when you search it by name.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and then select Bank accounts.
  2. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.
  3. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  4. When you’re ready, select Connect securely.

If you've tried all the options and still can't find or connect it, you can request support for your bank. For more info, head to this link: Find your bank or credit card account.

In the meantime, you can download an updated list of your transactions from your bank's website. Then, upload them to QuickBooks using a CSV file. You can check these articles for the detailed steps:

Also, you can check out this handy article to learn more about the basics of QBSE: FAQ about QBSE.

Let me know in the comments if you have other questions about handling your QBSE account. I'm here to help you.
