I have the connection running for both ebay connector which runs the sales end and ebay payments which runs the other end. The only place that shipping charges show up is under the details of the bank deposit. However, these categories are not editable and they are also something I have to search for.

Let me share some guidelines on how you can connect your eBay seller account to easily import your sales transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

All imported sales transactions are automatically loaded to QuickBooks as "eBay Item" by default. In your chart of accounts, this good or service corresponds to a certain income account. To modify the account that an eBay item is assigned to:

Go to the Get paid & pay or Sales. Then, select the Products and services tab.
Search eBay Item in the Find products and services field.
Select Edit under the Action column.
In the Income account dropdown menu, choose the income account you want eBay sales to record.
Click Save and close.
