Good day, matthew54. QuickBooks Online's Bank Feed uses APIs or direct connections to partner banks and generally requires static credentials, such as a username and password, to establish a secure connection.

However, Flagstar Bank’s one-time passcode (OTP) system requires manual input for each login attempt, which creates challenges for QuickBooks Online to connect due to the dynamic nature of the passcodes.

You can contact Flagstar Bank's support team to inquire about a direct feed or API integration compatible with QuickBooks Online. If available, their support can assist you in setting up an authorized connection that securely works alongside their OTP system.

For now, the most practical workaround is to manually upload bank transaction files from Flagstar CorpConn into QuickBooks Online since OTP authentication is likely to remain in place as part of their security measures. It eliminates reliance on automated logins, ensuring your accounting workflow remains accurate and reliable.

To do this, you can download your transaction history as a CSV file from Flagstar CorpConn, then follow these resources for importing transactions into QuickBooks Online:

After that, you can categorize the bank transactions like you usually do.
