My credit card is unlinked because the vendor made changes and we can no longer get it to work. 3.5 hours on chat with QBO! Anyway, it's ok if not linked but how can I still get it to show as a tile on my bank transactions page??

Good afternoon, @katniels

Welcome to the Community! Let's work together to get your credit card linked again and properly working.

To have the credit card show as a tile on the banking page, you'll need to connect the account to QBO: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online

Let's try to link the credit card again with our help from the Community. Before assisting you further, can you provide us with the details below:

  • What credit card are you using?
  • Where do you get stuck when trying to connect this card back on to QBO or are you receiving an error message?

This will help us determine the next steps you need to take to get this taken care of. I'll be just around the corner when you're ready with those details!

Well, two people at QBO couldn't get it.

Citi Business AAdvantage

When I link i get an error saying inforamtion does not match, then when I click log onto Citi it works.  Won't ever connect.  Then one time it asked for a Business Code.  I called Citi and jumped through hoops and got that but still won't connect.  At this point I don't even care if it connnects if it would at least show on banking transactions.  Would love for it to connect though.

I read that Citi chaged something and that's the issue.  On my Citi account it shows QBO app has access.
