Has anyone had problem with not being able to see bank transactions on specific dates or weeks ?

Can’t see bank transactions from 1st July too 9th of July and therefor cannot put in the invoices have been paid

Sync issues are usually caused by temporary maintenance or server disruptions at your bank. Because QuickBooks relies on its data, you can contact them to check for any ongoing connection problems.

 

If everything is working correctly on their end, refresh the connection by clicking the Update button on your banking page. This manually triggers a data pull. It is also a good idea to check all your banking tabs to ensure the transactions weren't accidentally moved to the Excluded tab.

 

By the way, you can manually upload your data. Just a quick heads-up, those same transactions might download again automatically. You'll just want to keep an eye out to exclude any duplicates.
