Hi, Systems_financials.

The error 377 indicates that QuickBooks can't download transactions because the connection with your bank is no longer working. We need to update the connection with your bank to get things back on track.

Here's how to update your online bank connection:

  1. Go to the Accounting tab, then Bank Transactions.
  2. If you see the Update Now link in the Let's fix this bank connection banner, please select it.
  3. Follow the steps to update the connection. When prompted, sign in to your bank account.
  4. Once done, QuickBooks can download transactions again.

Plus, another possible reason you're having linking issues with is that your bank has an announcement about security changes or protocols you need to review. We can check your bank's website to look for any alerts, messages, or notifications that require your attention.

Since you've been dealing with this issue for the past week, if you've already tried the steps I provided and the error remains, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team. They'll help investigate the root cause and guide you on the next steps to resolve it. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Help icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
  2. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.

  3. Click the Contact Us option.

  4. Choose the Callback to connect with an expert.
