Hello, my bank is Truist Bank. I want to make sure I can receive payments with QuickBooks do anyone have info ?

When searching for your bank during the connection process, try entering “Truist” or variations such as “Truist Online Banking,” as some banks appear under slightly different names in the list. If it still doesn’t appear, you can select Request a provider from the bank search screen so the QuickBooks team can review adding the bank connection.
