Hi there, I’m having issues for the last couple of weeks where the income for the year to date is not updating. This is happening on iPhone app and chrome desktop. Thanks

All income transactions have been categorised but each time I check before and after an income transaction has been categorised the total income for year to date does not change.

    Hi, Richard.

     

    The Year-to-Date Income isn't reflecting on your dashboard because the transactions are currently in the For Review section.

     

    To resolve this, you'll need to add the transactions so they move to the categorized section. Here's how you can do it:

     

    1. In the Bank Transactions page.
    2. Scroll down and select For review.
    3. Locate the income that needs to be categorized.
    4. Please select it and click the Add to category.
    5. Once these transactions are categorized, your Year-to-Date Income will automatically update on your dashboard.
