How are all of my clients payments being held?

For clients who have made multiple times before, reviews typically take up to two business days. Such reviews are conducted as part of security and fraud prevention measures, particularly if the payment amount is higher than usual or appears unusual based on established patterns.
• Compliance concerns: QuickBooks Merchant Services require additional information to ensure transactions comply with regulatory, industry, or internal guidelines.

To resolve this, I recommend the following steps:

1. Log in to your Merchant Services account and check for any notifications or requests for additional documentation.
2. Check your email for details from QuickBooks on why the payment is held and steps to release it.
3. If you did not receive any email to resolve it, I recommend contacting our Live Support team directly where our representative can review and provide the necessary information and help expedite the process.
