Question

How can I see how many clients have bank transactions that need review?

In the old Accountant product, the client list helpfully showed whether any clients had outstanding bank transactions that needed to be reviewed and posted. This has disappeared from the client view in the new IAS. How can I now see this information, without going into each client's individual QB?

To help figure out why your clients' outstanding bank transactions aren't showing up on the Client list, I recommend reaching out to our Intuit Expert team. They can walk you through how to view this information without opening each client's account individually.

This thread remains open if you need additional help with managing your client's QuickBooks Online accounts.

This feature has been withdrawn in IAS. You have to go into each client’s file individually. Not much of an ‘upgrade’.

Have downgraded back to QBOA as its functionality is better.
