In QuickBooks Payments, you can identify the transaction that caused an Intuit fee by reviewing the details of each deposit or transfer. Find the transaction that matches the date and amount of the Intuit fee. Then, compare the dates and amounts of the transactions with the fee to determine the exact one that led to the charge. If you're unable to determine the cause, you can reach out to QuickBooks support for further assistance. They can help you regarding the fees associated with invoice payments and ACH transfers.
