I have a $8.41 Intuit fee but I can't tell which deposit or transfer caused it.

Hello there, gtornquist.

In QuickBooks Payments, you can  identify the transaction that caused an Intuit fee by reviewing the details of each deposit or transfer. Find the transaction that matches the date and amount of the Intuit fee. Then, compare the dates and amounts of the transactions with the fee to determine the exact one that led to the charge. I'm adding this article for additional details: Payment Rates

If you're unable to determine the cause, you can reach out to QuickBooks support for further assistance. They can help you regarding the fees associated with invoice payments and ACH transfers.

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.

  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.

Feel free to add another post and share any concerns regarding the processing fees in QuickBooks Payments.
