You can easily check the status of processed payments from QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:
Sign in to QBO.
Go to the Sales menu and select Deposits.
Choose the bank deposit you want to review.
You'll see each payment that's included in the daily deposit, along with any associated processing fees as separate transactions.
Additionally, if there's a problem with a payment, it won't appear in the daily deposit. You'll receive an email from Intuit if ever there's an issue. Please check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us.
