How come I can’t pull older transaction than last year?

To see prior years' transactions in your Profit and Loss report, you'll need to import these transactions into your QuickBooks Online Solopreneur account, @rbe406. Allow me to show you how.

To begin with, to access your prior year's transactions, you'll have to download these to your bank's website. Follow your bank's instructions on how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.

Once you have the file, you can now import the transactions into Solopreneur.
 

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account to your web browser.
2. Go to the Transactions menu then select Bank transactions.
3. Select the drop-down beside the New transaction, then choose Upload bank statement.
   
4. Select Drag and drop or select files and choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, hit Continue.
5. Choose the account where you want to upload the transactions. After that, click on Continue.
   
6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then tick Continue.
7. Choose the transactions you would like to import, and then click Continue.
8. Once done select Yes, then hit Done.

Once you've completed these steps and successfully imported your transactions, you'll need to categorize them before running a Profit and Loss report for accurate reporting.

Can you do download any file format from your bank manually? You can use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround.
