How do I access log files?

The bank account will not sync, but to create a ticket with the bank, they need "log files".

Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't generate log files for bank connection issues. However, we can gather relevant details, such as an error code that can appear when an account fails to sync.

 

To help narrow this down, could you let us know what happens when you try to sync the bank account? Are you receiving any error message?

 

If so, we can capture that information by manually updating the bank feed for the affected account. When an error appears, please take a screenshot of the message and provide it to your bank when creating the ticket.
