Thank you for contacting the Community about your online banking concern. I'll point you in the direction of the best resource for resolving your TMobile account connection issue.

Check first if the Financial Institution (FI) offers a connection to QuickBooks Online (QBO) to ensure a smooth process before you link your account to the bank feeds. When you have all the details at hand, connect your bank and credit card accounts by following the directions in this link.

If T-Mobile is unable to connect to the program, request support from your bank.  You can also manually upload the transactions and import them into QBO. To keep your records accurate, categorize them appropriately.

For future reference, I've included a link to the banking guide. It includes topics that will assist users in making deposits, reconciling accounts, and managing online banking activities, to name a few.

If you have any additional banking or QuickBooks concerns, please use the Reply button and leave them in the comment box. I'll get back to you and answer them. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

Explore MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
