It's great to have you here, @tresha,

I want to make sure you have a trouble-free conversion. If you're referring to restoring data between two QBO accounts, I have some options for you.

At the moment, there isn't a direct tool to restore the entire company file from one QuickBooks Online account to another. Exporting data is limited to reports and selected lists, and import data such as, Bank Data, Customers, Vendors, Chart of Accounts, Products and Services, and Invoices.

This means that not all data is converted when you manually do the export and import process. See the following links to learn more about this features:

But don't worry, we have a list of third-party apps that is QBO compatible to perform the data transfer for you. These apps will help you back up your data for conversion or restoration.

Consider checking out for third-party apps that handles data conversion between QuickBooks platforms. Visit our applications website here: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home. Look for the keyword "restore" or "backup" to filter the applications.

We also have another channel called Intuit Developers. There you can find engineers who can recommend third-party applications for you to use with the conversion. Here's the link to the website: Intuit Developers Community.

If you need additional help with the conversion or you are referring to something else, feel free to reach out back to me. I'm always here to provide further assistance. Have a good one!

@tresha

Just to clarify your question, do yo need to migrate data between bank accounts on the same QBO account, or else?
