How do you load more bank transactions? Only lets me go back till 12-18-2023

Welcome to the Community space, kffranco. Let me share some information about previous bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you connect your bank account to QuickBooks, the system automatically downloads transactions from the last 90 days. If you need to import transactions older than 90 days, you'll have to manually upload them to QBO.

To proceed, let's download the previous transactions from your bank's website, and save the file from your bank to your computer. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank Transactions.
2. Click the Link Account option and select your specific bank.
3. Copy or click their bank web address.
4. Sign in to your account, and follow the instructions provided by your bank to download your transactions.
5. Save the file.

Let's ensure the file we create is in the supported format or file type. Once done, let's now upload them to QBO:

1. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank Transactions.
2. Under the Link Account ▼ drop-down, select the Upload From File option.
3. Click the Drag and Drop or Select Files button and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, click Continue.
4. From the QuickBooks Account ▼ drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions. Then, click Continue.
5. From the QuickBooks account▼ drop-down, choose the account you want to upload the transactions. Then, click Continue.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to continue and click Done.
