Hi Genergilogistics,

 

You can create an expense transaction to record the fraudulent transaction. I'm here to help you record it.

 

Before following the steps below, I suggest reaching out to your accountant so they can guide you accordingly.

 

Here's how to create an expense transaction:

 

  1. Click the + New tab.
  2. Under VENDORS, select Expense.
  3. On the Category details section, select an expense account.
  4. Enter the AMOUNT.
  5. Click Save and close.
