How long does it take a deposit to be processed

Welcome to the Community, @ibangagekanem. I'd love to answer your question about the payments deposit time frame in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

After your initial payment, funds will be processed within five business days. The first few deposits may take a little longer as we set up your merchant account. Once the setup is complete, your payments will be deposited within two business days.

Additionally, you can group multiple transactions into a single record so that QuickBooks aligns with your actual bank deposits.
