How to handle a hand written check.

I manually recorded a handwritten check for QB online.  When that checks clears my bank how do I handle that transaction?

Handle it? I guess you'd mark it cleared when you reconcile. Other than that, it's just like a check that you, say, printed. It doesn't matter that you hand-wrote it.
