Hello, support94! The process of importing banking transactions or statements is pretty much the same for both the old and new versions of QuickBooks Online.

To make sure we're giving you the right information, can you confirm if you're trying to import a transaction file (like CSV), or downloading an actual bank statement from your bank?

If you're referring to downloading an actual PDF statement, this is automatically done by your bank as long as  the account is connected to Online Banking. QBO is also dependent on the data that's provided by your financial institution. It's best to reach out to your bank to check if there's anything that's blocking the system to import the bank statement.

If you're trying to import a CSV file, QBO is highly sensitive to extra rows or non-transaction text. Make sure to delete any header rows, footers, or blank lines before importing. Check out these articles for more details:

After that, follow these steps on how to import the file in the new version:

    1. Click All Apps, look for Accounting, and then click Bank Transactions.
    2. Go to the drop-down list beside Link account, then choose Upload from file.
    3. Follow the succeeding steps on how to import your banking transactions.

You can also check out this guide for more details about this processManually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to reply or post more questions if you need anything else.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Did you encounter the same problem?
