I understand how important it is to ensure that all your transactions are accurately downloaded into QuickBooks and properly tracked, adelrivero. I'm here to assist you in getting the missing transaction into QuickBooks.
Before we begin, could you confirm if you recently connected your bank to QuickBooks?
If you have, please note that the data downloaded to QuickBooks depends on the information provided by your bank. If your bank doesn’t support a full year of transactions, I recommend manually uploading your bank transactions to ensure all records are added to QuickBooks successfully.
If your bank was previously connected and is suddenly missing a year of transactions, I recommend checking your filters to ensure they are set to display All Dates and All Transactions so you can view and review all entries.
Here's how to check:
Go to Accounting and select Bank Transactions.
Choose your bank account.
Look for your transactions under the For Review, Categorized, or Excluded tabs.
Categorize the transactions into their correct accounts.
If the transactions are not visible under the Pending, Posted, or Excluded tabs, I recommend updating or refreshing your bank connection to download any missing data.
Here's how:
Go to Accounting and select Bank Transactions.
Click Update.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
I just wanted to follow up to check if the resolution we provided helped recover your missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please let us know if everything is now working as expected or if you’re still experiencing any problems.
