I have double checked at the banks login page to be sure my Ussn and Password are good and working.

The screenshot you've shared shows that you've got an error 103. To fix this, make sure the login details you're entering in QuickBooks Online (QBO) exactly match what you use to sign in directly to your bank.

You might also want to check your online banking settings for a third-party access toggle. Some banks block connections to apps like QBO by default.

This bank connection issue typically occurs when there is a syncing problem between your bank and Intuit, which can cause bank unavailability or login failures. To provide the right solution, could you let me know if you encounter a specific error message when accessing your credit card account? Sharing a screenshot would also be incredibly helpful.

In the meantime, let's troubleshoot by accessing your account via an incognito window to see if this is a browser-related issue. Please also ensure you have a stable internet connection and check your bank's website for any ongoing maintenance or service advisories, as these are often major contributors to syncing disruptions.

Please don't hesitate to drop a reply below if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks for your reply. I have attached a screenshot.

I have also tried this on a smartphone via the app and still have the same issue. I have not had the ability to try via a different browser and in an incognito window.

looking forward to your reply to get this resolved
