To help you better, could you please confirm which bank you’re using? This information will help us to verify if there are connection issues or specific updates by your financial institution.
 
If you refer to your income transactions, I recommend checking your bank’s website for any maintenance alerts or notifications that might be preventing the transactions from syncing to QuickBooks. Sometimes, banks perform updates or require reauthorization, which can temporarily block data synchronization.
 
If there are no alerts on your bank’s side, you can manually update your bank transactions by following these steps:
 
  1. Open your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click My apps in the left menu and select the Accounting tile.
  3. Choose the Bank transactions tab.
  4. Click the Update button to refresh your bank feeds.
 

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks Online using a CSV format or Excel file until the sync issue is resolved.
