I frequently have transactions with Printify.com. Quickbooks keeps auto-renaming the vendor as “Sprint” and setting the category as Utility because the transactions show up as HTTPSPRINTIFYDE in my statements. How do I stop Quickbooks from doing this

Thanks for your first post. As an insight, the details of the transactions downloaded from the bank rely on what your bank shares with QBSE. 

At the moment, the option to turn off the renaming feature in QuickBooks Self-Employedis unavailable. I'll take this as a good suggestion and I'll share this with our developers. That way, they may consider this option in our future updates.

As a workaround, you can create a rule to enter a description. Let me share these steps with you so you can set them up:

1. Go to the Settings menu on the right-hand side, then select Rules under the Transactions section. 
2. Click Create rule.
3. Enter the entire description in the Description field. 
4. Select the correct Account (bank) and Type (business or personal).
5. Click Save.
