I had a deposit paid by credit card it says deposited but I don’t see it anywhere I only see it was paid and deposited but where

I'd be delighted to provide a quick overview of what happens after you initiate CC payment.

If you are a new user of QuickBooks Payments and have just started accepting ACH/CC payments, please note that during the first month, the processing time for your payments will be slightly longer. For the first 1 to 4 weeks, you will receive your payments within 5 days while we set up everything for you. Rest assured, once the setup is complete, we will email you to let you know that your payments will now be processed at the average speed.

If the payment isn't showing up in your QBO within a day or two after 5 days. I'd suggest contacting our dedicated payments support for safe and secure assistance.

Here's how:
 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help at the top right.
3. Select or type Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:

• Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
• Start a chat with a support expert.
