I had to reconnect my bank account and I don’t see my transactions. What should I do?

When you disconnect a bank account, the system removes all the transactions. However, you can reconnect it to bring up the latest items.

If you have more than 90 days worth of transactions, you'll have to enter the other items manually. 

Once downloaded, you can categorize the items. I've added this article as your reference: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
