I appreciate the steps you've taken to connect your Venmo account, jrmmcejm2. I'm here to help you connect your account seamlessly.

Did you encounter any error messages while connecting to your Venmo account? Understanding any errors will help me assess the situation better and guide you on how to resolve them.

Also, I recommend checking your bank's website. Sometimes, banks experience service issues or require extra verification, which can prevent QuickBooks from connecting properly.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. If you're not sure what URL to use, find it by going to Bank transactions, then select Link account. Search for your bank, select it, and copy the listed URL.
  3. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  4. Keep an eye out for any display issues while browsing the website, as these can interfere with QuickBooks’ connection to your bank.

If everything seems fine on your bank's side, wait a few hours and then try reauthorizing your bank account.

In the meantime, you can manually add transactions from your Venmo account to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using CSV files. Once the connection issue is resolved, you can match those transactions with the entries in your program.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns. I'm here to help.

Thank you. I forgot about CSV files. They will work for now, until Venmo solves their problems
