There are possible reasons why you're unable to connect your business account, Angel. I'll explain this further to ensure you can manage your transactions immediately.
One of the reasons you're unable to connect your business account could be that your bank is not supporting business account connections or is not a participating financial institution.
It could also be that the URL is inaccurate, or your login credentials correspond to the personal, not the business one. To verify this, I recommend logging in to your bank's website. Please copy and paste the URL when connecting it to QuickBooks Online.
See the attached screenshot for visual reference.
Additionally, ensure your login credentials correspond to your business account.
If you've already connected your personal account and need to disconnect it in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps.
Head to the Transactions menu, then Bank Transactions.
Select the tile for the duplicate bank account.
Press the pencil icon and pick Edit account info.
Tick the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
Save and Close.
Meanwhile, may I know what bank you're using? Any additional detail will help me find the most suitable solution.
Once you've completed the steps above, I'd love to hear how everything went. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I'm here to ensure you get the best possible service. Whether you have questions or need assistance managing your bank transactions, I'm one post away. Best wishes, Angel!
