I've linked my bank accounts but they only go back to the start of 24 how do I get the older records from 23 included? The bank is Chase if that matters.

When linking your Chase bank account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, the software downloads up to least 90 days for transactions. If the transaction is within those days, let's manually update the connection between your bank and QBO.

Here's how:

1. Log into your QBO account.
2. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
3. Click on the Update tab in the upper right corner.
   
   

Furthermore, if your transactions are older than 90 days, you can manually upload your transactions from your bank website. Before doing so, follow the supported formats or file types in QBO for seamless uploads. To manually upload your bank transactions, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Go to Transactions, then choose Bank Transactions.
2. Select the blue tile of the bank account used.
3. Click on the Link account ▼ dropdown, then pick Upload from File.
4. Drag and drop or select files downloaded from your bank. Then, click Continue.
5. Choose the account to upload the transactions in the QuickBooks account▼ dropdown, then pick Continue.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to align the columns in the file with the corresponding fields in QuickBooks, then choose Continue.
7. Pick the transactions to import, then click Continue.
8. Select Yes, then Done.
