I want to download the information on my quick books self employed account but for some reason they have canceled me and locked me out of it.

It's my priority to help you with downloading your transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

To get started, you can reset your password or recover your user QBSE user ID so you can log in to QuickBooks successfully. Here's how:

1. Go to the QuickBooks Self-Employed sign-in page.
2. Select the I forgot my User ID or Password link.
3. Follow on-screen steps to recover sign-in info.

If you used your email address or user ID to verify your account, you'll get an email with a password reset link.

After that, you'll now be able to open your QuickBooks account. From there, manually import your transactions. Once the transactions are added to QuickBooks, here's how you can categorize them base on the Schedule C and expense categories.
