I reconciled the bank of May 2025, when I went to do June there were no transactions.

Start by reviewing your bank register and filtering the date range to June 2025. This will help you determine if the transactions in question are present in your account. If you still can't find them after this check, I recommend downloading a CSV file of your transaction history and importing it into your account. This will help ensure that you have a complete record of your data.

Once you have the file, you can follow the steps outlined in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. This will give you detailed information for importing missing transactions.

Additionally, check the Excluded tab on the transactions page to verify the missing transactions were not accidentally moved out of the review queue.

For more information, please refer to the article: Find missing downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any additional questions or concerns about missing transactions, please feel free to reach out.
