If my QuickBooks account is closed but I still have funds in evelopes and funds undeposited how do I transfer my money out into another account

If your QuickBooks Checking account has already been closed, I recommend reaching out to Green Dot directly. They handle all fund releases for closed accounts, and you can find their contact number on the back of your QuickBooks Cash card.
