Good to have you in the Community space, @leilanilucas6.

I can share troubleshooting steps to isolate and fix this issue. There's a great chance this issue is caused by stored cache from your browser.

The browser uses cache to help load web pages faster. Too much of it causes issues that affect the performance of your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. To verify this, let's access your account in a private or incognito window.

This is a great way in identifying the issues as this doesn't save any cache files. To open a private window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts.

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

If you’re able to view your transactions, I’d propose clearing your regular browser's cache. If the issue remains, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.

Once you're all set, you might want to check out this article for reference in categorizing your transactions seamlessly: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'll be around to help if you need more assistance with your transactions or with QBSE. Just leave the details in your reply I'll take care of it for you. Keep safe!
