It has been over a week since i have been able to re-connect my bank connection through Trust Texas. Has anyone had a resolution?

Has anyone had success in regaining the Trust Texas Bank Connection? It has been over a week since the outage/website update and I am still unable to connect. I am able to sign in and it sends me a code and then quickbooks either says wrong code, or unable to sign in.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
