It says payment was deposited but I don't know where it deposited

Hello, @somewhitegirl78. I can help you find the account where your funds have been deposited in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 

Before anything, please know that payments appear in the Bank Deposit window if you categorized them under the Undeposited Funds account. Since you cannot see it, let's go ahead and review your payments by going to the Sales menu. 

Here's how:

1. From the left menu, select Sales.
2. Go to the All sales section.
3. Look for the payment transaction (invoice or sales receipt) and open it.
4. Review the account you selected in the Deposit to field.
5. Once done, select Save and close.
    

Your payments are now move to Undeposited Funds. If you still don't see the payment, you can review previous bank deposits.
