We can perform some troubleshooting steps to help you connect your bank, ccpurdyhair.

First, could you please share the name of your bank or any error message you encountered? Providing this information will help us better understand the issue and determine the most effective solution.

In the meantime, I recommend logging in to your bank’s website to ensure there are no issues with your account credentials, security prompts, or account availability. Verify that their system is functioning properly and not undergoing maintenance.

Once everything looks good on the bank's end, attempt to reconnect your bank account in QuickBooks. Be sure to manually enter your login credentials instead of copying, pasting, or using saved ones. You can find detailed instructions here: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions using a CSV file. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
  2. Choose Import transactions.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your CSV file.
  4. Click Import.

It’s important to note that if your bank account is later connected, it may create duplicate transactions for the ones you’ve already imported. To resolve this, you can exclude the duplicate transactions.

If you have any other questions or encounter additional issues with bank connectivity, feel free to let me know. I’m here to assist.

Everything is correct and connected on my banks end. I also did try to upload the CSV file and it said that there was an error possibly on your end.
it also won’t let me pick an account when I add my bank.
