It's a strange spot to be in when the bank says everything's fine on their end but the transactions still aren't showing up here. Since your other connected accounts are downloading fine, this points to something specific to how QuickBooks is syncing that one account, rather than a broader outage.
Try a manual update first
- Go to Accounting, then Bank transactions.
- Select Update.
If that doesn't help, sign in through a private or incognito browser window and try updating again, to rule out a browser extension or cached sign-in.
Bridge the gap with a manual upload
While the connection issue gets sorted out, you don't have to wait to get your transactions into QuickBooks. You can upload them directly from a file downloaded from your bank:
- Go to Accounting, then Bank transactions.
- If you see a tile for the account, select it. Select the Link account dropdown, then Upload from file.
- Select Drag and drop or select files, choose the file you downloaded from your bank, then select Continue.
- In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then select Continue.
- Match the columns in the file to the correct fields in QuickBooks, then select Continue.
- Select the transactions you want to import, then select Continue.
- Select Yes, then Done.
You can upload .csv, .txt, .qbo, or .ofx files, up to 1,000 transactions at a time. Before uploading, check your Chart of Accounts first to make sure you won't end up with duplicate transactions once the live connection starts working again.
