Question

My Chase bank connection needed reconnecting. I added Chase again and all accounts were selectable but after making the connection, only one shows.

When I go to add additional accounts, it shows all three are already connected so I can't connect to them again. I continue through the connection process, but after creating the connection, only one of the three displays. I don't see the other two anywhere.

Hi, April. I understand how frustrating this can be. This isn't normal behavior in QuickBooks Online. Connected accounts should display immediately once the connection is established. It's not typical for the system to indicate accounts are linked while they remain absent from your dashboard.

Thus, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Live Support team so they can investigate this further. They have the specialized tools necessary to identify why those two accounts aren't syncing properly and can work with you in real-time to ensure all three Chase accounts are displayed correctly on your dashboard.

Here's how to contact:

 1. Within your QuickBooks Online page, click Help (?) page.
 2. Click the Contact Us button and select a topic or enter your own question to start.

 3. Choose Chat or Have us call you and select the Make an appointment button. Choose the best date and time for our Live support team to call you.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as our Live supports work through this. Please don't hesitate to leave us a response if you have other questions or concerns.
