My online payment are not being deposited to my account

The payment processing depends on the payment method. A bank transfer takes 2-7 banking days. Also, some banks may take longer to process the deposit. While for credit card payments, it will take 1-2 banking days. 

You can log in to your account and check the online payment. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your Payments account.
2. Go to Activity & Reports, then select Deposits.
