Let's link your Sam's Club credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Rowanscatering.
Before doing so, can I ask if you experienced an error when linking your Sam's Club credit card through QBO? Any additional information like screenshots would help us verify if there's an issue with the bank.
First, you can consider checking your online banking website or contacting them directly to see if there are ongoing system maintenance or notifications that need your attention to prevent the connection.
Since you're still in the process of connecting the account, let's try connecting it through a private browser. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts below:
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
To ensure you're linking the correct account, as an initial step, let's log in to the bank's website. Once signed in, copy the bank URL and use it for searching and linking the correct account in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
Go to theTransactionsand chooseBank transactions.
On the Banking page, select theLinkaccount.
In theSearchfield, enter the bank's URL.
Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
Enter your bank login on your bank's website, then selectContinue.
If you're able to do so, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache and you can access using a different supported browser. It's possible that there's a temporary issue with QBO or the browser you're using.
any luck? If so, what did you do. I am unable to link as well. QBO keeps redirecting me to the Sam's Club business web page, but that page never prompts me to do anything. Its just a constant loop.

I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting to determine if this issue is caused by a browser problem due to stored internet cache files. You can follow the solutions provided by my colleague Heide DC above.
