My total income is saying double the amount it’s supposed to because it has added (manually entered income) and (linked bank accounts). I have none linked.

I know how to fix an incorrect total income in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Cian. I'll share some explanation and guidance for you.

1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
2. Choose the account you want to review.
3. Head to the Categorized tab, and locate the transactions.
4. Select Undo, and then go back to the For review tab to match the transactions.

To resolve your doubled total income, you can delete the deposit by generating a Deposit Detail report in QBO.
 

1. From the left panel, hit Reports.
2. In the Find Report tab, search Deposit Detail report.
3. Select the deposit and delete the recorded transaction from the Add funds to this deposit.
4. If done, tap Save and close.

On the other hand, you can reconcile your accounts in QBO to ensure that your transactions match your real-life bank accounts.
